• Thank you for visiting the official website of CGV Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) or the mobile app. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before browsing and using this website.
• By accessing and using the services of this website, you acknowledge that you have accepted all the terms and conditions and privacy policy of this website and have completed all registration procedures in accordance with the website's page operation rules and become members of the website.

Buying tickets

• Tickets sold through any channels are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be re-sold
• Please check whether the amount of the transaction is correct before proceeding to the payment. The cinema will not entertain any discrepancies after the transaction.
• Please show valid identification documents before purchasing children's or seniors tickets and before entering the venue.
• Please present valid proof of studentship before purchasing student tickets and getting into the cinema house. Student fares are only applicable to full-time students in Hong Kong.*
• * Identification documents include: Hong Kong Identity Card, Senior Citizen Card, Home Return Card, Passport, Full-time Student Certificate (excluding Student Octopus and Student Life Permit)
• You are required to present valid proof of age* before admission to category III movies, otherwise the cinema reserves the right to refuse your admission without any compensation.
• In case of inclement weather (typhoon signal No. 8 or above and the Black Rainstorm Warning), the theater will remain open as usual. If you cannot attend the show due to the aforementioned bad weather conditions, you can exchange tickets for the same movie at the cinema box office within seven days after the screening date (subject to availability). All tickets for sale are not available. With a refund, CGV will reserve the right to replace the tickets for different movies.

5. in violation of any applicable laws or regulations; or
6. contains any unauthorized advertising, promotion, promotion or solicitation; or
7. the existence of misrepresentation may be unfavorable or harmful to the Company, the agent of the Company, the customers of the Company and its agents, or the business partners of the Company; or
8. any programs, software, files or other materials (or included in any information) that are not approved by the company
9. intentionally or unintentionally violating any local, national or international law, including but not limited to the provisions of any State or other stock exchange and any legally binding rules;
10. Tracking or harassment in any other ways
    • You agree to make a full indemnity for any claims, legal liabilities, losses, indemnities, expenses and other expenses resulting from breach of liability in this clause, including but not limited to any third party claim against the Company.
    • You are responsible for your own actions in the use of the Website Services. In case of the violation of this terms and conditions or violation of related law and regulations which lead to the loss of this website of third parties, the user shall be responsible for all of the responsibilities and liabilities.
